My experience with Melissa Montgomery was incredible.

The house she found me I honestly had zero intentions of even looking at the pictures online didn't do it justice but she told me I had to see it that she had been in it and knew id love it, she was right soon after viewing the house I made my offer. There were however a few other houses I had been interested in that she was very honest and knowledgeable abut why they weren't good fits for me its so amazing having a realtor who you can trust and count on and respect. I cant thank you enough for helping me find my perfect home!

With very little inventory that fit our specific requirements, she made sure we knew ASAP when new listings were available. Even when we were outbid on our dream home, she was encouraging and patient. Eventually we got exactly what we wanted as the backup offer. "Melissa was a god-send for my family this past year. She sold my home, which I had rented out a few years after moving out of town. When some work needed to be done to close the deal, she helped me find local and reliable contractors who could do the work without overcharging me. My home's sale closed at $3k under list price two months after it went on the market.A few months after my home sold, she helped my dad sell his house after his wife had dad and he had moved out of state. My parents had lived in thier house for about 25 years and there were a decent number of repairs that needed to be done before we could put it on the market. Again, she worked with local and reliable contractors to get the work done well and fast. My dad's priority was selling the home fast and she helped us do that by identifying a reasonable list price. The house went on the market in September and its sale closed $10k under list price in December. We could have done additional work to sell the house at list price, but she respected our decision to negotiation a lower sale price in lieu of doing that work.For both sales, Melissa was a complete professional. She was quick to respond to our inquiries and helped us problem-solve a few times we hit unexpected bumps in the road. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to sell or buy a home."
